Why You Should’ve Hired That Guy with the Mohawk

Think about it, the last time you walked into an Apple Store (even just for research on the most profitable retailer in America) you didn’t see anyone in a suit. The men probably all weren’t clean shaven and the ladies weren’t in pantyhose (thank goodness). Why? Because Apple doesn’t hire folks based on their appearances—they hire them based on their passion for the business. And you should do the same.

The next time you’re looking to fill a position in your printing company, consider all of your options—especially if that new hire will be working with customers. We get that you have a brand and an identity, and perhaps tattoos and dyed hair doesn’t fit into that, but maybe it should.
