QR Codes Aren’t Toys—But You Can Still Have a Little Fun with Them

We feel bad for you sometimes. QR codes used to be the next big thing, and now snooty marketers love to put down printers who’ve taken risks with their QR code placement. Know what we mean? We say keep it up.

Now for a little constructive criticism—no, constructive advice. Continue finding unexpected or even unusual places to print QR codes, but be smart about it. Think about what kind of consumer you’re targeting and especially how the technology works. Don’t print something that doesn’t work. You’ll earn zero dollars for poorly researched QR code placement.
