Think back to the times of college when you had finals. You were spread so thin between studying for math and psychology that by the end of the week your mind had just shut down. That’s what happens when you’re burnt out.

The same thing can happen to your printing company when you decide to do too much with social media. Trying to engage with your customers through multiple different social media platforms can stress a person out, so don’t let it happen to you. Be able to identify it and find out how to overcome it.
