Do You Want Your Business to be More Social?

Posted by on April 14, 2012 under Social Media

So your business has FINALLY decided to take that step towards being a social business. At last you’ve realized that in order to stay afloat, your printing company can’t be the introvert at the party. You have to go out on the dance floor and make some new friends. But before you put on those dancing shoes, a little guidance might be in order.

What may be more important than anything else regarding a social business is staying on top of information. Being social doesn’t just mean talking to others, it means that you are listening. Keep your eyes online so you can stay on top of trends in your industry as well as ones outside of it. As Gordon Gecko says in the movie “Wall Street”: “The greatest commodity I know is information.”
