Communication Mishaps You Can't Afford
Not everything in the printing world is absolute. For example, a client tells you they want your products by Wednesday. Maybe to you, that means end of the day, but to them it means they want it first thing in the morning. If you fail to communicate properly it could result in loss of clients and a bad overall reputation.
But these occurrences are easily avoidable if the proper communication tactics are taken. For example, make yourself available for contact so that clients will be more likely to call if they have questions and likewise. Also, never assume that you understand.
