Keeping your customers up to date on what’s going on with your business and what is going on in within the print industry is an important part of customer relations. This is usually done with a newsletter of some sort, whether it be online or in print form. But finding material to put in a newsletter on a consistent basis can be difficult at times, especially if it’s a slow time during the year. There are ways to maintain a quality newsletter, including talking about success stories and events that your printing company is sponsoring or holding. Your newsletter doesn’t need to be filled up with two or three sections of material, but having short updates on a few different features could keep your readers more interested.
